Me

I am a full time employee and a part time worker on weekends. I have a strong urge to travel more after my solo trip to japan in 2019. I enjoy challenging myself either that be mentally or physically. I believe that trying to get out of your comfort zone should be the ideal zone to be living life. I try to remember that I am always a student of life and would like to remain that way till my times up.

Goal

We are all told, “live your life to the fullest”; I am here to do just that. The Mindful Monk serves as a vessel to project teachings and ways for my readers to help manage their lives in a way that makes them feel, believe and smile more honestly.
