Today in Toronto the weather was a beautiful 8 degrees celcius! That calls for a run and it just so happened it was my speed run.
Today we hit a PR for this training block and I did 7.23km at a 4.41min/km pace. It was a tough pace to keep, I honestly was expecting something in between 4.55-5.05min/km but the zoom fly 3 were feeling good today. My hip was a hurting a little but I was still able to get through the run. Luckily I was able to book an appointment with a physiotherapist on Thursday. Hopefully I will be able to get some answers about it and set myself up for the marathon. Especially since I have a long run on Saturday for 22km. (Insert motivational Gif here) Have you guys ever had any injuries during your marathon prep?
